After much prayer and laying ground work for several years, in April of 2005, we began looking for a place to get started. We found a place on East Cherry Street in a mini-mall in downtown Troy, MO. LifePointe held it's Beginning Sunday on September 11, 2005.Just as September 11, 2001 changed our lives forever, so is our prayer for LifePointe in the community of Lincoln County, MO. Lives Changed forever!!!!!! I Am the way, the truth, and the LIFE.

There are many intellectual and theological phrases that could be used to describe Lifepointe Christian Church. Words such as: independent, New Testament, non-denominational, and autonomous to name a few. Although they might be accurate in their descriptions, they can be confusing as well...

A better description would be that Lifepointe Christian Church is a community of believers in God who look to the Bible for instruction on how to live life with God, with His church and with the community around us. Life in the “church” that is focused on Celebrating, Connecting, and Contributing, will provide the framework for our interaction and survival in the culture we live in today. Some key references to scripture from which we receive our identity located in what we believe.
